the staff were helpful and friendly. i appreciated carlos at the front desk. shaun was also helpful. the rooms were clean and modern.

during my stay, the hotel was undergoing a system change. it was no longer affiliated with the hilton group. i had issues with check-in. parking was limited, and valet service was slow.

convenient location private beach spacious room hidden fee dirty sunbeds unclear policy

The hotel's location allowed convenient walking access to nearby attractions. The room was spacious and bright, which I found particularly cute.

I experienced a charge for not returning the towel card, despite not being informed about this policy beforehand. The charge seemed like a hidden fee. Some of the sunbeds round the pool area looked dirty, because the cushions needed a good clean.
